Software Toolbox Forms eBusiness Alliance with Intellution

Charlotte, NC., June 8, 1999 --- Software Toolbox^®, Inc. (Softwaretoolbox.com) the leader in providing industrial automation component software via the Internet announced that it has formed an eBusiness alliance with Intellution^®, Inc., a leader in industrial automation software. Simultaneously, Intellution has announced the formation of its IntelliStore^TM (store.intellution.com) as part of the first phase of Intellution's eBusiness initiative aimed at providing services, products, third party components, and information to facilitate a more effective purchasing process for its customers. 

Software Toolbox will be providing access to a wide variety of ActiveX controls and OPC products from their offering to Intellution's IntelliStore in a co-marketing and hosting arrangement.  Customers will be able to purchase products offered by Software Toolbox while shopping in the OPC and Software Toolbox departments in the IntelliStore along with a variety of other products from Intellution's third-party partners and Intellution. The purchasing process is seamless for the shopper in that they have one shopping cart, perform one transaction, and have one point of contact for their purchases.

In addition to the product co-marketing arrangement, Software Toolbox and Intellution will be developing joint programs to leverage the reach of their individual brands through their respective internet presences to develop new customer relationships.
