Software Toolbox to distribute OPC DataHub in North America

Cogent Real-Time Systems announces the appointment of Software Toolbox
as the new North American master distributor for their industry-leading OPC DataHub software product.

December 1, 2006 – Matthews, NC. Cogent Real-Time Systems and Software Toolbox, Inc. have agreed on a sales, distribution, and support plan for Cogent's OPC DataHub and related software. Effective December 1, 2006, Software Toolbox will become the Master Distributor of the OPC DataHub for North America. As one of the many activities the partners will engage in, Software Toolbox Inc. is building a focused portal for OPC DataHub on it's extensive website at www.softwaretoolbox.com/opcdatahub.
