When Using the TOP Server A DRaX Server and ActiveX are installed on each Master and Standby Node and all Client
nodes. The ActiveX and Server share information back and forth as to which node is currently live and which is backup. The DRaX Server also monitors the error tag that has been
configured in the InTouch project to read the _system._error tag in the TOP Server. When this tag goes to 1 the DRaX Server tells other DRaX instances it's connected to over WinSock
to change Nodes. When DRaXes on Client nodes lose a connection to the DRaX Server running on a Master they can also change to the Standby node automatically.
When Using Wonderware I/O Servers A DRaX Server and ActiveX are installed on each Master and Standby Node and all Client
nodes. The ActiveX and Server share information back and forth as to which node is currently live and which is backup. The DRaX Server also monitors the heartbeat tag that has
been configured in the InTouch project to read a heartbeat tag from the device (this should be a counter or timer in the device). When this tag stops changing it's value the DRaX
Server tells other DRaX instances it's connected to over WinSock to change Nodes. When DRaXes on Client nodes lose a connection to the DRaX Server running on a Master they can also
change to the Standby node automatically.
