Configure DRaX by identifying which node is the Master and Standby. A heartbeat tag is used for Wonderware I/O and error tag
for the TOP Server. DRaX instances on clients monitor DRaX on the Master PC for any loss of communications. As long as they are good communications goes through the Master PC.

If the ActiveX on the Clients can't communicate to the Master or the I/O Server shows a communication error all clients will
automatically switch to the Standby PC for communications. Configure the timing to control how quickly a switch should be made on an error and how long the Standby I/O has to wait
prior to starting to read tags.
