TagGroup Class - A class that is a collection of Tags (see Tag Class).

• Properties:
  Active - The active state of the tag group (TRUE=active).
  Controller - The Controller class associated with this tag group.
  Count - The number of tags contained in this tag group.
  ErrorCode- Numeric value for the last error encountered by group.
  ErrorString- String value for the last error encountered by group
  MyObject - A reference to a user-defined object.
  Now - Invokes an immediate read or write of the Tag.
  Tags - A collection of Tags for this tag group (see Tag class).
• Methods:
  AddTag - Adds an instance of a Tag Class to the tag group.
  Clear - Clears all tags from the tag group.
  CreateNewTag- Creates a new instance of Tag class
  RemoveTag - Removes an instance of a Tag from the tag group.

  Update- Group update event
