MANTRA ActiveX Controls and Faceplate Bar
Using the ActiveX in a container or with the Faceplate Bar you can tune your Control Loops.
MANTRA Faceplate is a Windows executable that consists of a number of ActiveX controls and a
Control Launch Toolbar (Faceplate Bar). MANTRA Faceplate is used to monitor online all MANTRA Kernels in LAN. The PC station in which MANTRA Faceplate is installed is called
the MANTRA Client Computer.
MANTRA Faceplate is an OPC Client. Thus, the MANTRA Faceplate uses a MANTRA OPC Server
(residing in the same PC station or any other stations in LAN) to communicate with MANTRA Kernels. The MANTRA Faceplate Bar could also be used to set up the MANTRA OPC Server.
The MANTRA Faceplate Controls are ActiveX objects. This means that the control objects may be
dropped in any standard ActiveX container (like VB, Excel, PowerPoint, and iFix) and used to interact with MANTRA Kernels.
