OPC DataLogger has always had triggers as a way to start and stop the logging of your data based on the value of another tag, process input, and on a recurring basis.
Starting with Version 3.5.0.9 of OPC DataLogger, you can now add Scheduled Triggers. A scheduled trigger allows you to specify a date and time to start or stop logging, perform a one-short read, pause or resume groups of items and launch a file-spanning event.
The benefit of scheduled triggers is increased flexibility for when you log data. Because Scheduled Triggers leverage the Windows Scheduler that is built into every Windows PC, the flexibility you have is incredible.
To add a Scheduled Trigger to your DataLogger Project:
Right click on Triggers in the treeview of OPC DataLogger and select Add->Scheduled Trigger.
Click Properties to add a trigger:

You then can define your triggers in the same standard Windows Dialogs that you use with the Windows Scheduler!
