Introduction
- OPC DataHub demo software is fully functional and will run in demo mode (no license) for 1 hour.
- You can restart the demo as many times as you want. Installing a license will unlock the software and remove the demo timeout.
- By downloading our software you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Software License.
- OPC DataHub installations running on different operating systems are designed to communicate with each other
! One of the whole points of OPC DataHub is that it removes the whole operating system version DCOM
headache when connecting OPC servers and clients. Simply install the right version for the operating system on each computer and go.
Using Downloads to Upgrade Licensed Software
- OPC DataHub Demo software may be used to upgrade licensed software PROVIDED that you have an active maintenance agreement. Click for details on how upgrades work and maintenance agreement pricing.
- IMPORTANT: If you are running a licensed version prior to the current version of OPC DataHub, please check your
version before installing software to see if you'll need a maintenance plan or upgraded license.
