What's new in OPC DataHub Version 6.4.2?

There have been many new features added and significant improvements made to the DataHub engine since the previous release version.

Here is a summary of the new features in Version 6.4.2

• Added a new set of DataHub Web Server demo pages (contact us for access)
• A new Web Data Viewer / Browser-based OPC client streaming AJAX application is included with the Datahub Web Server. This allows you to view live data on the web without having to write code or configure any server settings.
• Improved the speed of manually selecting points from an OPC server.
• Improved responsiveness of the GUI while loading the initial data set from an OPC server.
• Improved the speed of several aspects of the Gamma - DataHub Scripting Language.
• Created new Java Trend and Gauge applets for improved OPC to Web displays.
• Added international language support to the User Interface and to the Gamma scripting language.
• Added Japanese translations for User Interface items.
• DataHub now suggests optimum settings wherever possible to simplify and speed up configuration.
• Improved the speed of tunnel/mirror TCP transmissions for ASCII mode connections.
• Changed the trigger handler during ODBC logging and email transmission to give better control in the Condition statement.
• Many fixes and improvements to other features.
• Updated help documentation, including many additions to the DataHub API documentation for new and expanded script functions.
