The Pipe Pieces Wizard can draw pipe corners and straight pieces of any angle, thickness, color, and line style. Each end can be flanged, closed, or open, which allows pieces to be seamlessly connected together.

Wizard Options

When you launch the Pipe Pieces Wizard, the options dialog shown at the right is presented. Clicking the Animation button presents the available animations for this wizard.

Other Uses

This wizard has a few uses that may not be all that obvious:

Conveyor Sections

This wizard can be used to draw curved and angled conveyor sections by specifying "Closed" or "Open" ends, rather than flanged.

Rotated Rectangles

This wizard can be used to create rotated rectangles by choosing "Straight Pieces" and "Closed" for both ends.

Donuts and Fat Arcs

Set the drawing mode to "Corner Pieces", set the line style to "No Line", check the "Filled" box, and set the ends to "Closed" to create a fat arc. Set the angles at 0 and 360 to create a donut.

Curved Electrical Wiring

Set the thickness to a low pixel count (3 to 5 seems to work well) and turn off flanges and you can then create curved wires.

Animations

The available InTouch animations for Pipe Pieces are shown in this dialog which is accessed from the Wizard settings by clicking on the Animation button.
