Payment methods accepted for International Orders

Credit Cards:
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover/Novus credit cards are processed online using our secure, encrypted servers.

Bank Wire Transfer: To use this option, please place your order online and on the payment page, select Bank Wire Transfer as your payment method. Our website will generate the Pro-Forma invoice for you to print and our staff will contact you to provide our banking information. We will ship your product upon receipt of your bank wire transfer.

Company Check in US$: You may also send your order along with a Company Check denominated in US$ and payable at a US branch of your bank or a US bank. We will acknowledge receipt of your check and ship your order upon receipt. Please include with your check your delivery address and a list of the items you wish to order. If you need a pro-forma invoice, you may follow the "Bank Wire Transfer" process and then mail us your check.

Customs, Brokerage Fees, Duties, and Taxes

When we ship a product to you, we do not control the amount of customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, or taxes required by the country of importation. As the importer of record for all shipments, you will be responsible for payment of any additional fees required for importation. We supply with the shipment a commercial invoice stating the value of the physical goods and the value of the intellectual material (software) that is included in your order.

If you take delivery of your product over the Internet in an electronic format, you are responsible for complying with any local regulations regarding payment of taxes on electronic/Internet delivery of software products.

Shipping and Delivery

Many products can be delivered electronically over the Internet. When you receive your product exclusively by Internet delivery, there are no additional fees assessed by Software Toolbox for shipping or delivery. If you ask us to ship the product to you we provide you with the cost of shipping on our website when you place your order and include the amount in your total.

To determine the cost of shipping, please proceed to place your order on our website. After you enter your shipping address our web page will show you the cost of shipping to your country. After you choose the shipping option you may then choose to complete your order online, arrange for a pro-forma invoice for bank wire transfer payment, or fax your order to us.
