Company Check in US$: You may also send your order along with a Company Check denominated in US$ and payable at a US branch of your bank or a US bank. We will acknowledge receipt of your check and ship your order upon receipt. Please include with your check your delivery address and a list of the items you wish to order. If you need a pro-forma invoice, you may follow the "Bank Wire Transfer" process and then mail us your check.
Customs, Brokerage Fees, Duties, and Taxes
When we ship a product to you, we do not control the amount of customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, or taxes required by the country of importation. As the importer of record for all shipments, you will be responsible for payment of any additional fees required for importation. We supply with the shipment a commercial invoice stating the value of the physical goods and the value of the intellectual material (software) that is included in your order.
If you take delivery of your product over the Internet in an electronic format, you are responsible for complying with any local regulations regarding payment of taxes on electronic/Internet delivery of software products.
Shipping and Delivery
Many products can be delivered electronically over the Internet. When you receive your product exclusively by Internet delivery, there are no additional fees assessed by Software Toolbox for shipping or delivery. If you ask us to ship the product to you we provide you with the cost of shipping on our website when you place your order and include the amount in your total.
To determine the cost of shipping, please proceed to place your order on our website. After you enter your shipping address our web page will show you the cost of shipping to your country. After you choose the shipping option you may then choose to complete your order online, arrange for a pro-forma invoice for bank wire transfer payment, or fax your order to us.
Availability of Product
All item pages on the website indicate the availability of products. Most items are in stock and ship within 24 hours of purchase. Since many of our products are available for electronic delivery, stock is a non-issue - you purchase online and take immediate delivery electronically.
When something is being shipped to you, we make every effort to ship orders received before 2:30 PM EST (GMT-5) the same day. If your order will be delayed past our committed ship time we will notify you immediately.
Rush Orders
If you have a rush situation after 2:30 PM EST (GMT-5) and the product is not available for electronic delivery, please call us at 704-849-2773 and we will make every effort we can to help meet your special needs.
Physical Delivery of Products
Many of our products offer physical and electronic delivery. When placing your order, you will have the option of specifying which products you want shipped and which you will take electronic delivery of.
For items that are shipped, the website will show you as many options of speed of delivery and cost as are available to us and let you choose the method of delivery.
Electronic Delivery of Products
For products that can be delivered electronically, after the ordering process is complete:
You will receive online instructions for downloading your product
Our system will email you a receipt at the same time
If your product requires that a Software Toolbox team member issue a serial number, activation ID, or other items to activate your license, those will be sent within 2 business hours.
Also, you may return later to our Customer Service Center and download your products.
When you take electronic delivery of products we will still send you a receipt for your purchase by postal mail, so please be sure you enter a correct mailing address when making your purchase.
Some products offer physical and electronic shipment and you may have delivery both ways provided that you pay the shipping charges. If an item is available exclusively by electronic download then we cannot ship physical media later.
Carriers Used
We normally use UPS (United Parcel Service) as our preferred carrier for US Shipping and Fedex for International shipping. However, in order to provide you with the BEST SERVICE we will sometimes substitute FEDEX, or DHL. When you receive your email shipping notice, we will tell you the exact carrier that we shipped your product by.
Shipment Notifications and Tracking Information
When we ship your order, if you have provided us with an email address, we will automatically send you an email with your tracking information and a link to the carrier's tracking page on their website.
Cost of Shipping
When you order online, our website calculates the shipping cost using currently available data from UPS and provides you with as many choices as possible for your destination. The cost of shipping is included in your order total and is non-refundable.
Freight Collect Shipments
If you would prefer that we ship your order and bill the freight to your UPS, DHL, or Fedex account number, please call us at +1-704-849-2773 or fax us your order at +1-704-849-6388 with your payment and shipping account information.
Using Freight Forwarders
If you have an international freight forwarder that you would prefer we use, please enter their shipping address and you will only be responsible for payment to Software Toolbox of shipping charges from our office to the Freight Forwarder of your choice. You are responsible for making arrangements with your Freight Forwarder for handling of your shipment to it's final destination and payment of any fees to the Freight Forwarder.
US Orders
For orders in the United States we collect sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in the States of North Carolina and New York. If you are exempt from sales tax or have a direct pay permit, you must supply is with a current signed certificate of tax exemption or resale certificate before we can waive sale taxes. International Orders
We do not collect any VAT on international orders; however, as the importer of record, you are responsible for complying with any local laws and regulations that govern the payment of VAT or other taxes on importation of products you purchase from Software Toolbox Inc

Note on return of Electronic Goods:
Returns of products that were delivered electronically (i.e. over the Internet instead of by shipment) are returnable provided we receive a signed Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction (LOD) stating that you have uninstalled the software and destroyed all electronic copies of the software provided to you.
