Qualifications: 4 year degree from accredited college or university. All majors welcome provided you have the technical interests outlined. BS-Industrial & Systems Engineering, BS-Software Engineering, BS-BA/Computer Science, BS-Marketing majors a plus but not mandatory. US Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

Description: This program is the entry level technical position in our company for a recent college graduate.
For a successful team member, this program can lead to a career in our business in software development & test, application engineering, product management, or business development, with long term potential for further growth into management of the business.
You start by learning our core value delivery and products by working as a Application Support Consultant, a position that is not what you think it is! Because it’s our core value delivery mechanism to our clients, it’s a highly valued, respected position that lets you learn the business working with our rather competent clients.
This program is a 1 year program that starts with a 3 month program involving hands-on assignments under the supervision of seasoned team members who have a strong desire for you to learn and succeed. Topics, assignments and responsibilities are tailored to your strengths and development needs and will be a mix of self-study using company provided materials, hands-on, and interactive discussions with experts within our organization while beginning to understand through hands on experience how we deliver value to our clients.
The focus will be on building knowledge of our industry, products, customers, how our products work, our customers use them, and how to utilize our extensive information sources to build your knowledge and deliver customer value. You will be exposed to many facets of our business, especially if you show an interest in a particular track early on. As you show proficiency in specific areas, you will have the opportunity to interact with our clients via phone and email on a growing basis.
As you demonstrate success in the first phase of the program, assignments will be determined for the remainder of the program that will allow you to develop your skills and expertise further, add significant value to our business through your daily efforts as a technical support engineer, and begin building your experience that can lead to one or more of the career tracks in our business.
