Technical Support Resources

To insure you get the most from your investment in TOP Server™, we provide a variety of support resources on this page.  All support resources are available to both trial and registered users. Registered users with an active support contract receive priority response to phone and email support requests.

If you need to register your product to activate your license, transfer your license or obtain an emergency or replacement activation, please visit our Online Registration center before contacting technical support.

Starting with V5.19, the TOP Server license utility has been updated:

  • Current license statuses are now displayed, including any licenses that may have been broken by certain hardware changes.
  • In addition, a Repair button has been provided for resolving broken license issues that reissues the Activation Request file.
    • Should you require assistance with a broken license, first submit a re-registration request by clicking here .
    • In the notes, please mention that you are Repairing a broken license.
    • You will receive an email once our support team has reset your license.
    • Clicking the Repair button will reissue your activation request file, which you can use to register by clicking here.

When possible, it is best to submit your support requests through our online support system.  You can attach configuration files, screenshots, and event logs to your case online and review all present and past cases online 24 hours a day.  You will automatically receive a case number and all available support engineers are automatically notified when you create or update a case.  Responses are provided during our normal business hours.
